Introducing the New Metric: A Fresh Look for a New Chapter

Since launching in 2019, a lot has changed. We’ve grown, evolved, and earned the trust of some of the most forward-thinking companies out there. Now, it’s time for a brand – and a website – that reflects just how far we’ve come.

Over the past few years, we’ve:

  • Built a best-in-class team
  • Transacted hundreds of thousands of square feet across London and globally
  • Partnered with incredible businesses like Wise, DAZN and Synthesia

Through it all, one thing hasn’t changed: our focus on putting business occupiers first.

Our new identity stays true to the DNA that shaped us – tenant-only, people-first, values-led. But it also speaks to the confidence, clarity and scale we bring to every brief today.

The new site is built with you in mind. It’s easier to explore our services, see the results we’ve delivered, and hear directly from the clients we’ve worked with. It also gives us space to share some of the amazing projects we’ve been proud to support.

This next chapter is about doing what we’ve always done – just better, and at greater scale.
