James Forster

James has been with Metric since 2020, bringing his expertise in Tenant Representation and deep knowledge of London’s thriving office market. Outside of the office, he’s all about sports. Whether he’s on the football pitch, perfecting his golf swing, or backing his beloved Nottingham Forest, win or lose.

Associate

Zoe Ellis

Zoe joined Metric in 2021, with a focus on serviced offices, key account management and taking care of clients to build lasting relationships. She brings her energy to the office, and when she’s not working, she’s busy leading musical theatre fitness classes and singing in a band.

Tom Worsley

Tom joined Metric in 2024 to guide clients with national and global property portfolios. Away from work, Tom’s a lover of rugby and travel. Tom and his family can regularly be found enjoying adventures on the Jurassic Coast, the New Forest and Dartmoor.

Daniel Miller

As the founder of Metric in 2019, Dan knows all the ins and outs of helping tenants find the right properties and make strategic portfolio moves. When he’s off, he’s a keen golfer, skier, and football fan—following the Red Army (Manchester United).

Alex Miller

Alex has been with the business since day one. A qualified solicitor who has worked within several key city law firms, she keeps things running smoothly and ensures we stay compliant.

A keen triathlete, completing an Iron Man event in 2025, Alex also enjoys cooking, reading and spending time with her two young children.
